Tim Hortons Menu Canada (2026): Full Menu With Prices

Last updated: September 19, 2026 · By Jordan Ellis

If you’ve ever stood at the counter, or stared at the app, trying to work out what’s on the Tim Hortons menu and what it costs, I get it. The menu has grown a lot, and it isn’t always easy to find everything in one place. So I put this page together the way I wish someone had done it for me: every category, current prices, and the popular picks in each section, all in one place. If you want to know what to order, what it’ll cost you, or what’s worth trying, you’re in the right place. I’ve tried to answer everything here so you don’t have to dig through five other sites after this one.

20+ Menu Categories Covered

Prices Updated for 2026

Quick version, if you’re in a hurry. Tim Hortons splits its menu into a handful of main sections: hot drinks, cold drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner, donuts and Timbits, bagels and baked goods, soups and sides, plus a small merch and gift card section. A small coffee runs under two dollars, and if you’re getting something bigger, like a loaded bowl or a flatbread pizza, you’re closer to nine or twelve dollars. I’ve broken every one of these down below, pointed out the most popular items in each one, and linked out to a full price list wherever I’ve written one.

Looking for Something Specific? Jump Right to It

One honest thing before you scroll further. Tim Hortons doesn’t publish one single price list for the whole country. Prices shift a little by province. A coffee in Ontario isn’t always priced the same as one in Alberta, and Quebec locations show everything in French with their own pricing too. I check the numbers on this page against the official Tim Hortons app and website and update them when they change, but it’s still worth double-checking at your location before you order, so there’s no surprise at the till.

Hot Drinks

Tims menu Canada with prices for drinks, breakfast and lunch

In 2026, a small hot drink at Tim Hortons in Canada costs between $1.49 for an Espresso and $3.99 for a Chocolate Pistachio Latte. This covers brewed coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, steeped and specialty tea, and espresso drinks.

This is where most orders start, and if coffee is why you landed on this page, you’ll find everything you need here before you even open the app. Brewed coffee is still the cheapest way in. A small is about $2, and Dark Roast costs the same as the regular blend, so pick whichever you actually like. Once you move into lattes, cappuccinos, and Americanos, you’re paying between $2.29 and $3.99 for a small, since those go through the espresso machine and take a bit more to make. French Vanilla and hot Chocolate are two of the most popular picks on cold mornings. Both sit in a similar price range once you factor in the size, and honestly, if you want something sweet without the coffee taste, I’d point you toward French Vanilla.

I go deeper into every hot drink, every size, and every price on my Tim Hortons coffee menu and prices page, so if you’re here for coffee, start there.

If you’re here, that page is worth the extra click, because I’ve priced out everything on it, not just the popular ones.

Cold Drinks

Tims cold drinks menu with starting prices

The cold drink side of the menu has grown the most since I first started going, and it splits into nine parts, Iced Capp, Iced Coffee, Cold Brew, Iced Latte, Matcha, Fruit Quenchers, Creamy Chills, Infusr™, and Bottled Beverages. If you’re only going to remember one thing from this section, remember this: the Iced Capp is the one to try first. It’s that thick, blended coffee drink that doesn’t really have a competitor anywhere else, and it’s what I recommend to anyone who’s never had one.

Iced Capp Menu

In 2026, Tim Hortons Iced Capp drinks in Canada range from $3.29 for an Original Iced Capp to $5.19 for a Caramel Churro Iced Capp. This includes the Iced Capp lineup in regular and flavored versions.

On the Tim Hortons menu, this is one of the most popular drinks, and it’s often the first thing recommended to anyone who’s never been to Tim Hortons. It’s a thick, blended coffee drink. Not quite a milkshake, not quite an iced coffee, and it’s really its own category. You won’t find an exact match anywhere else, which is probably why it’s become one of the most searched items on the Tim Hortons menu.

If you’re trying it for the first time, go with Original. It’s the one that actually tastes like coffee, and everything else is a variation built on top of it. Once you know you like the base, Vanilla and Caramel Toffee are the two I hear ordered the most after that, and the Oreo and White Chocolate Pistachio versions are there if you want something closer to a dessert. I’d size down if it’s your first one. It’s richer than it looks, and a Small is usually enough to know if it’s for you.

Iced Coffee Menu

In 2026, an Original Iced Coffee at Tim Hortons in Canada costs $2.29 for a Small and $2.89 for a Large. This is the only iced coffee option on the menu, available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes.

This is the plain, no-fuss option sitting next to the Iced Capp, and it’s a popular pick. No blending, no extra syrup unless you ask for it, just brewed coffee poured over ice, so it’s lighter, cheaper, and a lot easier on the calories than almost anything else in the cold drinks part of the menu.

Between the two options, Original is just brewed coffee with cream if you want it, and Black is the same thing with nothing added. Pick it if you’re watching sugar or prefer your coffee straight. It’s not the drink people search for by name the way the Iced Capp does, but it’s the one I’d recommend if you’re ordering coffee every day and don’t want the price or calories creeping up.

Cold Brew Menu

In 2026, Tim Hortons cold brew drinks in Canada range from $2.49 for an Original Cold Brew to $4.49 for a Toasted Marshmallow Cold Brew with Infused Cold Foam. This covers plain and flavored cold Brew, including versions with espresso-infused foam.

Cold Brew is made differently from Iced Coffee. Instead of brewing hot and pouring over ice, it’s steeped slowly and cold from the start, which gives it a smoother, less acidic taste. That difference shows up most in the black version, which doesn’t have the sharp bite regular iced coffee sometimes has.

The flavored versions with the infused cold foam on top are where Tim Hortons has actually gotten creative. Roasted Hazelnut and Caramel Toffee are the two I’d point you toward if you want something more than plain Cold Brew but still want it to taste like coffee first. They cost a bit more than the Original or Black versions, but if you’re already at the counter deciding, the extra dollar or so is worth it at least once so you know which side of that you land on.

Iced Latte Menu

In 2026, Tim Hortons iced lattes in Canada range from $3.19 for an Original Iced Latte to $4.49 for a Brown Sugar Iced Latte. This covers the iced latte lineup in its plain and flavored versions.

This is the pick for something that still tastes like real coffee, chilled, without it being blended into a dessert. It’s espresso and cold milk, nothing more, unless you go for one of the flavored versions. That puts it in a different lane from both the Iced Capp and the Cold Brew line.

Unsweetened is the popular choice if you want to know exactly what’s in the cup. If you want something sweeter, Vanilla and Caramel Toffee Iced Latte come up most often, and Brown Sugar has quietly become one of the more popular newer additions to this part of the menu. Worth trying all three once and picking a favorite. They’re different enough that it’s not obvious which one you’ll prefer from the name alone.

Matcha Menu

In 2026, Tim Hortons matcha drinks in Canada range from $3.49 for a Matcha Latte to $5.49 for a Vanilla Iced Matcha Latte. This covers hot and iced matcha lattes in plain and flavored versions.

Matcha showed up on the Tim Hortons menu somewhat recently, and it can feel like an odd fit at first glance for a coffee-first brand. It makes sense once you consider who it’s for. It is clearly there for people who want to cut back on caffeine, or who want something different without switching over to regular tea. This corner of the Tim Hortons menu has grown into a real lineup, and if you came to this page thinking only about coffee and donuts, this section might genuinely catch you off guard. There is a plain Matcha Latte, a Vanilla version, an Unsweetened option for anyone watching sugar, and a full iced lineup that covers most of the same flavors.

What I appreciate about this part of the menu is that the pricing stays consistent with everything else. There is no hidden matcha markup the way there sometimes is at other places. Most of these drinks come in Small, Medium, and Large, so you get the same kind of choice you would with a regular latte or iced coffee. A couple of items, like the plain Iced Matcha and the seasonal Matcha Mango Cloud, only come in one size, and I have noted that below so there is no confusion when you are ordering. If you are browsing the Tim Hortons menu looking for something lighter or a bit less sweet than the usual coffee lineup, this section is worth a real look, and every price and calorie count below is confirmed, not guessed.

Fruit Quenchers.

In 2026, Tim Hortons Fruit Quenchers in Canada range from $2.19 for a Wildberry Hibiscus Lemonade Quencher to $4.49 for a Pineapple Dragon Fruit Frozen Quencher. This includes the lemonade-style and frozen fruit quencher lineup.

These are what I switch to on hot days when coffee is the last thing I want. They come in three different styles: Frozen (thicker, closer to a slushie), Lemonade (lighter and more refreshing), and Sparkling (the lowest-calorie option of the three, with a bit of fizz to it), all built across the same handful of fruit flavors so you’re really picking a texture first and a flavor second. There’s also a Raspberry Mojito Protein Quencher tucked into this same lineup now, which swaps the usual sugar-heavy for one built around protein instead, worth knowing about if you want something refreshing that isn’t just sugar and ice.

If you’re trying to keep the calorie count down, I’d steer you toward Sparkling; some options come in under 100 calories even in a Large. If you want something that feels more like a treat, go for the frozen versions, especially Strawberry Watermelon and Peach, which I see ordered most in summer. Either way, this is one of the more overlooked corners of the Tim Hortons menu; a lot of people default to the Iced Capp without realizing there’s a whole lighter option sitting right next to it.

Creamy Chills Menu

In 2026, Tim Hortons Creamy Chills in Canada range from $3.99 for a small Caramel Toffee Creamy Chill to $4.99 for a large Caramel Toffee Creamy Chill. This covers the frozen Creamy Chill lineup in Caramel Toffee, Chocolate, and Vanilla. All three flavors are priced the same at each size.

These are the richest options on the cold-drinks side of the menu, closer to a milkshake than anything else here. Where the Iced Capp is built around coffee first, Creamy Chills drop the coffee out completely and lean straight into dessert territory, which makes them the ones I recommend to anyone who says they don’t actually like the taste of coffee but still wants something cold and indulgent from Tim Hortons.

Chocolate and Vanilla are the two I see ordered most, and Caramel Toffee tends to surprise people since it tastes more like a caramel sundae than a drink. I would treat this as an occasional order rather than a daily one. It sits at the higher end of the calorie count for this section, so if you are already watching that number, I would order it after checking the calories listed next to it rather than by taste alone.

Infusr™ Energy Beverage

In 2026, Tim Hortons Infusr Energy drinks in Canada cost $3.59, whether you choose the Orange Citrus Infusr Zero or the Mango Starfruit Infusr. This covers the Infusr energy beverage lineup, all at one flat price.

This is Tim Hortons’ answer to the energy drink aisle, and it’s easy to miss if you’re only scanning the coffee side of the menu. It’s carbonated, caffeinated, and only comes in one size, Medium, which keeps it simple, at least.

It’s not quite a coffee replacement, but if you want a boost without going back for another coffee later in the day, it’s a solid middle ground, noticeably lighter than a can of Red Bull or Monster. Mango Starfruit is the one I’d start with if you’re trying it for the first time; Blackberry Yuzu is the other regular flavor, and Orange Citrus is the zero-sugar option if that matters to you.

Bottled Beverages

In 2026, Tim Hortons bottled beverages in Canada range from $2.49 for a Spring Water to $3.19 for a Fuze Iced Tea Bottle. This covers bottled soft drinks, juices, water, and milk sold by the counter.

Sometimes you want something cold that has nothing to do with coffee, and that’s the Tim’s menu: the grab-and-go shelf by the counter. Nothing here is exclusive to Tim Hortons; it’s the same soft drinks, juices, and water you’d find at pretty much any quick-service counter, priced about the same too.

Most people don’tcome to this page looking for it, but if you’re ordering for a group or want a straightforward drink without picking through flavors and sizes, this is the simplest option on the menu. Milk is also listed here rather than with the hot drinks, in case you’re looking for it and can’t find it elsewhere on the page.

Lunch & Dinner Menu

Tims lunch and dinner menu prices

In 2026, Tim Hortons lunch and dinner items in Canada range from $3.49 for Garlic Bread to $9.99 for a Cilantro Lime Chicken Loaded Bowl with Cheese. This covers loaded bowls, loaded wraps, flatbread pizza, artisan sandwiches, and sides.

A lot of people still think of Tim Hortons as just coffee and donuts, and honestly, that used to be fair. It is not anymore. This part of the menu is where Tim Hortons’ food side really shows up, and once you look past the coffee counter, you’ll find a real lineup built for lunch and dinner, not just a snack between meals.

The loaded bowls and loaded wraps are the two I would point you toward first. They come in chicken and veggie versions, with either a cilantro lime sauce or a habanero one if you want something with a bit of heat, and they are genuinely filling. If you want something warm and simple instead, they also have a flatbread pizza option, along with a few sandwiches and a side of garlic bread if that is what you are after. This is also the part of the menu I would send you to if someone asked what to order for dinner rather than breakfast.

One thing to know before you pick: the bowl and wrap versions of the same flavor usually cost about a dollar more or less and have slightly different calorie counts, even though the filling is the same. If you are deciding between the two, it usually comes down to whether you want it in a tortilla or in a container, since the taste barely changes either way.

Tim Hortons Soup & Chili Menu

In 2026, Tim Hortons soup and Chili in Canada range from $4.49 for Chicken Noodle Soup to $6.99 for Chili. This covers the two soup and chili options, each sold in one size.

Soup and Chili on the Tim Hortons menu tend to get overlooked because everyone jumps straight to the sandwiches and loaded bowls, but honestly, this is one of the better budget options on the menu. I only really started paying attention to this corner on colder days when I wanted something warm and filling without spending eight or nine dollars on a wrap or a flatbread. The Chicken Noodle Soup is about as close to homemade as fast food soup gets, with actual chicken and noodles in a mild broth rather than something watery, and the Chili has that same slow-cooked, hearty feel with ground beef, kidney beans, and vegetables simmered together.

What I like about this part of the menu is how it fits into almost any order. A cup of Chili next to a sandwich turns a light lunch into something that actually keeps you full, and the soup on its own is one of the cheapest hot meals you can grab at Tim Hortons if you are trying to watch what you spend. Chicken Noodle Soup comes in Regular and Large sizes, depending on how hungry you are, and I have the exact pricing and calories for both below so you know exactly what you are paying for before you order.

Tim Hortons Cookies

In 2026, Tim Hortons cookies in Canada range from $1.49 for a Peanut Butter Cookie to $2.99 for a Chocolate Chunk Brookie. This covers the individual cookie and brookie lineup.

Coffee and a cookie is one of those pairings that never really goes out of style at Tim Hortons, and this part of the menu has grown well past the plain chocolate chip option most people picture when they think of a cookie counter. Between the classic bakes and the Dream Cookie line, there is a real range here, and it is one of the easier categories to pick from without overthinking it.

If you want something simple, Chocolate Chunk or Oatmeal Raisin are the two I would start with; they are the closest thing to a traditional bakery cookie on this menu. If you want something closer to dessert, the Dream Cookie line is where Tim Hortons has gotten more ambitious, with Nutella, Reese’s Minis, and M&M Minis versions that lean sweeter and richer than the classic bakes. The Chocolate Chunk Brookie sits somewhere in between, part cookie and part brownie, and it is the one I would try if you cannot decide between the two.

One more worth knowing: the Smile Cookie is not just another flavor; it is Tim Hortons’ long-running charity cookie, and part of what you pay for it goes to local community causes rather than staying with the company. It usually shows up as a limited run rather than a permanent listing, so it is worth grabbing when you see it in store rather than assuming it will always be there.

Tim Hortons Donuts Menu

Tims donuts and Timbits box prices

In 2026, Tim Hortons donuts in Canada range from $1.59 for a Chocolate Cruller Donut to $2.59 for a Custard Tart. This covers the individual donut and tart lineup.

If someone says Tim Hortons to me, this is honestly the first thing that comes to mind before coffee even enters the picture, and I would guess it is the same for most people who grew up in Canada. The lineup has stayed close to its roots, classic glazed and filled styles that have barely changed in decades, alongside a few newer additions that show up every so often.

Boston Cream, Apple Fritter, and Old Fashioned Plain are the three I would call the safe picks, the ones that rarely disappoint and are almost always fresh no matter what time of day you show up. If you want something with a bit more going on, Chocolate Eclair and the seasonal Biscoff Boston Cream lean richer, and the Ryan’s Signature Donut is worth trying at least once if you catch it in store, since collaborations like that tend to disappear from the menu once the run ends.

If you are buying for more than yourself, the boxes of six or twelve work out noticeably cheaper per donut than buying them one at a time, and that is what I always grab when I am bringing something into work or a family get-together.

Tim Hortons Breakfast Menu

Tims breakfast menu prices

In 2026, Tim Hortons breakfast items in Canada range from $1.79 for Toast to $6.49 for a Protein Bagel BELT. This covers breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and sides.

Breakfast is where Tim Hortons has actually put in the most work lately, and it shows. What used to be just a sandwich and a coffee has grown into a real lineup: sandwiches, wraps, croissants, loaded boxes, and a newer Maple Brown Butter line that’s worth knowing about if you haven’t tried it yet. If you’re in a rush, Simply Sausage Sandwich or Bagel BELT are the quickest, cheapest options that still feel like a proper breakfast. If you’ve got a few more minutes and want something more filling, I’d point you toward the Farmer’s Breakfast Sandwich or Farmer’s Breakfast Wrap.

The Maple Brown Butter Scrambled Egg items are the newest addition, and I’d recommend trying the Loaded Croissant version first; it’s the one people talk about most. If you’re watching what you eat in the morning, the Vanilla Yogurt Parfait is the lightest thing on this whole menu, and the Protein Bagel BELT is the better call if you want something filling without going too heavy. And if you’re feeding the family or a small group, the Breakfast Bundles work out cheaper than ordering everyone’s sandwich separately. I’d get the Farmer’s version if people are actually hungry, and the Classic Bundle if you want something simple for everyone.

Tim Hortons Timbits

In 2026, Tim Hortons Timbits in Canada range from $0.49 for a single Birthday Cake Timbit to $11.99 for a box of 50 Assorted Timbits. This covers single Timbits as well as the multi-packs.

Timbits are what most people picture when they think of a quick Tim Hortons order, and they’ve been part of the menu longer than most people realize. They first showed up in April 1976, made from the dough cut from the middle of a donut before it’s shaped. The name is a play on “tidbit,” and once you know that, it feels a lot less random. What started as a way to use up leftover dough turned into one of the most recognized bite-sized treats in the country, and it’s still one of the easiest things to grab when you want a small taste of something sweet without committing to a full donut.

I’d start with Honey Dip or Chocolate Glazed if you’ve never had one, since those are the two most people order first, and I’d point you toward Birthday Cake if you want something a little more fun. If you like the filled donuts on this menu, the filled Timbits are worth trying too; they carry the same filling in a smaller bite. And if you’re ordering for more than yourself, the assorted boxes work out a lot cheaper per piece than buying them one at a time, which is what I always grab when I’m picking up something for a group.

Tim Hortons Savory Pastries

In 2026, Tim Hortons savory pastries in Canada range from $2.29 for a Four Cheese Twist Pastry to $3.99 for a Spinach and Feta Savory Egg Pastry. This covers the savory pastry and pinwheel lineup.

If you’ve only ever grabbed a donut or a bagel here, the savory pastries are worth a detour. They’re a newer part of the Tim’s menu, and they don’t get nearly as much attention as they should. These warm, flaky, filled pastries feel more like a real snack than a sweet treat, making them a better option if you want something closer to a light meal.

Red Pepper & Swiss and Caramelized Onion & Parmesan came out together as a pair, so if you like one, it’s worth trying the other to see which filling you prefer. They’re both buttery and cheesy, just built around a different flavor. Spinach & Feta leans a bit lighter, and the Four Cheese Twist is the one I’d grab if you want cheese without anything else mixed in. Any of these pair well with a coffee if you’re stopping in for a quick bite rather than a full meal.

Tim Hortons Muffins Menu

In 2026, Tim Hortons muffins in Canada range from $2.29 for a Chocolate Chip Muffin to $3.19 for a Chocolate Hazelnut Muffin. This covers the individual muffin lineup.

Muffins are the easy grab-and-go option on the Tim Hortons menu, the kind of thing I pick up when I want something for breakfast but don’t want a full sandwich. They’re all baked fresh in-store rather than shipped in, which is part of why the texture holds up whether you’re eating it right away or a couple of hours later on the go.

Wild Blueberry and Chocolate Chip are the two safest picks if you’re not sure what to get, and Fruit Explosion is the one I’d point you toward if you want something a bit lighter with real fruit mixed through it. If you’ve got more of a sweet tooth, Chocolate Hazelnut and Hot Chocolate lean more toward dessert than breakfast, and Carrot Cake with Walnut is the most filling in the lineup. The 6- or 12-pack assorted box is the better deal if you’re grabbing these for more than just yourself.

Fresh-Baked Croissants Menu

In 2026, Tim Hortons croissants in Canada range from $2.29 for a Plain Croissant to $3.59 for a Biscoff Croissant. This covers the individual croissant lineup.

Croissants are the simplest thing on this part of the menu, and that’s kind of the point: flaky, buttery, and easy to eat on the way somewhere without needing a fork or a plate. There isn’t a huge lineup here compared to donuts or muffins, but what’s on it covers the basics well, plus one newer addition that’s part of the Biscoff wave Tim Hortons has been running lately.

Plain is exactly what it sounds like, and it’s the one I’d grab if I want something buttery alongside a coffee without any added sweetness. Cheese makes it more savory, closer to a light breakfast than a snack, and Chocolate is the one to get if you want something that tastes more like a dessert. The Biscoff Croissant is the newest of the four, and if you’ve already tried the Biscoff donut or drinks, it’s worth trying this version too since the flavor carries through well in the pastry.

Tim Hortons Bagels Menu

In 2026, Tim Hortons bagels in Canada range from $2.19 for a Plain Bagel to $2.99 for a Four Cheese Bagel. This covers the individual bagel lineup and doesn’t include cream cheese or other spreads.

Bagels are one of the more overlooked parts of Tim’s menu, but they’re a solid option if you want something you can build into a real breakfast rather than grabbing a donut. They’re toasted fresh when you order, and the flavor selection covers most of what you’d expect from a proper bagel counter, from the plain classics to a couple of options with real bite.

Everything and Sesame Seed are the two I’d start with if you want something savory without much sweetness, and Cinnamon Raisin is the one to grab if you want it closer to a breakfast treat. Jalapeno Asiago Mozzarella has the most flavor of the whole lineup if you like a bit of spice with your cheese. Whatever you pick, I’d always add the PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese on the side. It’s sold separately, but it’s the pairing most people actually order a bagel for in the first place.

Tim Hortons Dipping Sauces

In 2026, every Tim Hortons dipping sauce in Canada costs $1.00, including Ranch, Chipotle, Habanero, Cilantro Lime, and Creamy BBQ.

The dipping sauces don’t get their own spotlight on most menus, but they’re worth knowing about if you’re ordering anything from the Lunch & Dinner side of the Tim’ss menu or want something to go with a side of hash browns. They’re all sold separately, so you add them on top of whatever else you’re ordering rather than getting them included.

Chipotle and Habanero are the two I’d reach for if you want real heat, and Creamy BBQ is the safer pick if you’d rather keep things mild and a bit sweet. Cilantro Lime pairs especially well with the chicken wraps if you’re already ordering one, and Ranch is the one most people default to when they can’t decide. At a dollar each, it’s an easy add-on if you’re not sure. You’re not committing to much either way.

Take Twelve, Catering & Gift Cards

Take Twelve is Tim Hortons’ fix for ordering ten separate coffees before a meeting or office run. It’s one box that makes twelve cups, and it’s priced per box instead of per cup. Stock isn’t guaranteed at every location, so call ahead if you need it ready at a specific time. The catering menu also goes beyond the coffee box, with breakfast platters and sandwich or wrap trays for bigger groups, plus gift cards you can pick up in-store or order online. That makes for a simple gift option if you’re buying for someone who lives on coffee.

For the full pricing breakdown and what’s actually inside the box, see our Tim Hortons Coffee Box & Take Twelve guide.

What’s New Right Now

Tim Hortons refreshes part of its menu several times a year, and this section updates only when something actually launches, not just when it’s being rumored. Right now that includes Biscoff-flavored drinks and pastries, protein lattes in hot and iced versions with a sugar-free syrup option, chai lattes, and rotating seasonal cookies or donuts tied to whatever holiday is closest. If you’ve seen online chatter about a “new menu” for a specific year, it’s almost always one of these limited-time items, not a change to the core lineup. These items also don’t tend to stick around long, so if one catches your eye, it’s worth trying sooner rather than later. Z

What I’d Actually Order

If someone asked me what to get on their first visit, I’d point them to the same handful of things most Canadians order. This is also the one section worth reading in full if you only have time for part of this page. Start with an Original Iced Capp, or a Double Double if you’re a coffee person, meaning regular coffee with two creams and two sugars. Add a box of Timbits to share, a Boston Cream or Honey Dip donut, and a breakfast sandwich or Farmer’s Wrap if you want a real meal. This shortlist covers what most people order, and it’s a safe place to start if you’ve never been to Tim Hortons before.

Nutrition & Allergies

If you’re watching calories, sodium, or managing a food allergy, Tim Hortons publishes full nutrition numbers, including calories, protein, carbs, sugar, and sodium, along with allergen warnings for milk, egg, wheat, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts, for every single item on the menu. That’s likely exactly why you landed on this page. Rather than dumping that entire spreadsheet here, we’ve broken it down by category on the Tim Hortons Nutrition & Calories Guide, covering donut calories, coffee calories by size, and full breakfast sandwich numbers, all laid out so you can actually find your item instead of scrolling through everything else.

Hours

Hours really do depend on the location, and while “it depends” might not be the answer you were hoping for, it’s the accurate one. Busier locations are often open 24 hours, while smaller standalone locations tend to close overnight. As a general rule, breakfast runs from early morning into late morning, and most stores offer the full menu for the rest of the day. A general guide like this one can’t give you the exact opening time for your specific location, tion though. The app and the store locator will always be more accurate than anything written here, so checking one of those is the best move if you’re heading out the door right now. The full pattern, along with holiday hours, is laid out on the Tim Hortons Hours page.

How I Order (and How to Pay)

You can order at Tim Hortons in three ways: at the counter, through the drive-thru, or through the app. The app is the fastest of the three, and if you order more than once a week, it’s worth switching, since you can build your whole order ahead of time, pay before you even get there, and skip the line with mobile pickup. In-store, they accept cash, all the major debit and credit cards, and tap payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.

If you’re ordering online or through the app, you can pay with a saved card, a digital wallet, or your Tim Card balance. If you’re signed into Tim Hortons Rewards while you pay, every purchase earns you points toward free stuff later, no matter which payment method you used. That’s really the only reason you need to have the app open before you order.

First time ordering through the app? Here’s exactly how it works:

  • Open the Tim Hortons app and tap the Order tile.
  • Select the location you want to order from, then tap the red Order button.
  • Open a menu category and choose the item you want.
  • Customize it however you like, then tap Add.
  • Repeat for anything else you want, then tap Review order and go through checkout.
  • Pay with a saved card, a digital wallet, or your Tim Card balance, and sign in to Tim’s Rewards first if you want the points on that order.
  • For pickup, head to the “Mobile pickup” sign above the counter, where your order will be tagged with your name and order number. If you’re using the drive-thru instead, tell the employee at the speaker that you placed a mobile order and give them your name.

FAQs

The core Tim Hortons menu is the same across Canada, including coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and Timbits. Prices do vary slightly from province to province since franchisees set their own local pricing, and menus in Quebec are presented in French to meet the province’s language requirements.

The cheapest thing you can order at Tim Hortons is a single Timbit, priced at around 35 cents. If you’re counting condiments, the dipping sauces come in even lower at around 25 cents each, but as an actual food item, the Timbit is the true budget pick.

The most expensive items on the regular menu are the family-size combo bundles, which can run close to $30 for a bundle like four sandwiches with four drinks. If you’re ordering for a group instead of a single meal, the Take Twelve coffee box also reaches into that range, with specialty flavours like French Vanilla priced at $28.99 for twelve cups.

Yes, most Tim Hortons locations across Canada serve breakfast all day, a change the chain rolled out nationwide back in 2018. A small number of locations may still set their own hours for breakfast items, so it’s worth checking with your specific location if you’re planning to order breakfast late in the day.

Yes, Tim Hortons is generally cheaper than Starbucks for most everyday orders. A medium black coffee at Tim Hortons runs around $1.83 compared to roughly $2.95 for a similarly sized coffee at Starbucks, and the gap is even wider on food, with a Tim Hortons donut priced near $1.49 against a Starbucks muffin closer to $3.65. Starbucks does offer more customization and a different rewards structure, so the value comparison can shift depending on what you’re actually ordering.

Tim Hortons has more vegetarian options than vegan ones. Vegetarian choices include most donuts, muffins, hash browns, and bagels with dairy based spreads, while genuinely vegan options are narrower and currently limited to hash browns, most bagel varieties like plain, everything, and cinnamon raisin with jam or peanut butter, and any coffee or tea made with soy, almond, or oat milk instead of dairy. Tim Hortons did carry a Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich in some provinces, but that item was discontinued by 2022 and is no longer on the menu.

Yes, oat milk is available at Tim Hortons locations across Canada as a substitute for dairy milk in coffee, lattes, and other espresso drinks. Soy and almond milk are also offered alongside it, though a small surcharge may apply depending on your location, so it’s worth confirming the exact price at the counter or in the app.

Take Twelve, the box that makes twelve cups of coffee at once, costs between $19.99 and $28.99 depending on what you fill it with. The regular coffee options like Original Blend, Dark Roast, and Decaf sit at the low end around $19.99, while specialty options like French Vanilla run up to $28.99, and tea based boxes land in the middle around $21.99.

Yes, you can pay with a Tims Gift Card both in the app and for online orders. Once your gift card balance is loaded into the app, you can select it as your payment method when ordering ahead, or use the app’s Scan and Pay feature to pay with it at the counter.

Tim Hortons is owned by Restaurant Brands International, the same parent company behind Burger King, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs. RBI is headquartered in Toronto and publicly traded on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange, with the Brazilian American investment firm 3G Capital holding a significant minority stake as its largest shareholder.

Tim Hortons is still legally and operationally Canadian. Its headquarters sit in downtown Toronto, its coffee is roasted in Ancaster, Ontario, and its locations are largely run by Canadian franchise owners. What has changed is the ownership above it. Tim Hortons has been part of Restaurant Brands International since 2014, and RBI’s largest shareholder is 3G Capital, a Brazilian American investment firm, which means the company’s day to day presence is Canadian even though its ultimate ownership isn’t entirely.

Hi, I’m Jordan. I started this site because finding current Tim Hortons prices online was harder than it should be, and most menu pages I came across were years out of date. I check prices against the official Tim Hortons app and website and keep every page here updated whenever prices, sizes, or items change. If something doesn’t match what you’re seeing at your local store, send me a message through the contact page,, and’ll look into it.
